Project mediation

Project Mediation aims to impart to the wider community the principles behind Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) while demystifying the mediation process, namely under the Employment Claims Tribunal (ECT) and the Community Disputes Resolution Tribunal (CDRT), imparting information with regards to employment disputes and community disputes respectively.

Freshmen can look forward to working with Temasek Polytechnic and Cheng San Community Centre, sharing with them on important areas of law through the use of slides, brochures, skits and other media, and will be a low-stakes environment to hone your presentation skills while learning more about ADR, an increasingly crucial part of our legal landscape today, all while giving back to the community and meeting new friends.
